Guy Fieri is a good shit. I’m glad he’s getting paid exorbitant amounts of money. Not only does he star in, and also produce his own show, he produces other shows, travels incessantly, supplies food to those in need in times of crisis, and is unapologetically pro-LGTBQx. So he’s good in my (cook)book.

If it says to keep it in the fridge after opening, I would. Even if something is shelf-stable when you buy it, opening it changes those conditions pretty radically.

I recently bought a bottle of Caesar dressing that, after I opened it, I saw was labeled “consume within seven days of opening.” LOL, what?! Just how many salads do you think I’m eating here? One month on, it still seems fine, although I make sure to check first before glopping it on my lettuce.
