I had a McChicken this weekend on what I assume was a “toasted” bun and it legitimately ruined the whole thing for me. Kind of wild for “experts” to assume people weren’t going to go back to buffets post-pandemic. Seems like the same thinking that had the airlines lay off a bunch of people as if no one was every going to travel again.

I am possibly the only one who loves those unmelted triangles of cheese that stick to the wrapper. It’s like a little bonus treat once you’re done your burger.

Panago, which is a west coast Canadian pizza chain, used to have a taco pizza that they topped with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream after it baked and it was great. More cold toppings added to pizza post-cooking!

Taco salad also excellent.

Angela, is this somehow different than ordering half coffee/half hot chocolate? Tim Hortons lets you do this. Feels like it might be a semi acceptable workaround?

I truly can’t think of a use case other than ice cream for these, but maybe it’s a lack of imagination. Feels like video content I’d actually watch, my Takeout friends.
