Lillian, I don’t want to be a dick but the methods you describe here as cold brew are described in the article as iced coffee. I hate to be a jerk but as you stated, the two are very different beasts.

Canada has Bulk Barn, which honestly got me through most of my poor twenties. Being able to buy $0.20 worth of italian seasoning instead of a $5 bottle you’ll never use is a godsend.

We had a local kid do this with mini donuts. He bought one of those short buses and now on the weekends you can get fair-style mini donuts fresh from the fryer with a variety of toppings. It’s pretty great. The kids are alright.
