Speaking of bicycles and DUIs, at the University of Iowa back in the 1990's, a police officer on a bicycle stopped and arrested the driver of a golf cart for drunk driving (backstory: football Saturday, drunk guy took golf cart that belonged to PD, was chased down by bike officer). 

You will realize, at one point right around 3 am when you can’t find the snot-sucker hand pump thingy, that you might need to manually (as in, mouth-to-nose) suck the snot out of your kid’s nose so they can breathe normally again AND YOU CAN TRY TO GO BACK TO SLEEP FOR 15 MINUTES.

Nope. Was never marketed that way, and would absolutely ruin it. You are more than welcome to sweep sand out of the back due to the hard plastic floors.
