Oh my god. I would have to burn every file he’d ever been near. Also his cubicle. Possibly the entire building.
He’s just a step ahead. He knows that the entire office is going to be desperate for the toilet ten minutes after the Papa John’s and he’s jumping the line.
Almonds are fine, and perhaps the most versatile nut, but the cashew is the best nut and I will accept no arguments in opposition (except maybe the macadamia nut, but they’re so goddamn expensive and hard to crack that I only have them a couple times a year).
I hate that you have to preface this with “I’m not defending him but...”. What he did was wrong and he deserves some punishment for it, but people seem to get genuinely upset when people place things in context instead of immediately dismiss him as a monster. The bottom line is this kid was drunk, upset and he knocked…
When Monday Night Football was on ABC, it was a thing. It put football up against NBC and CBS prime time shows ON A WEEK NIGHT. Moving it to ESPN removed like 105% of its cache because it is just another sports product on a sports channel on basic cable. I mean, who cares?
I think MNF mattered when you had very little football on TV, and it was maybe even the only game the whole country actually might conceivably have watched at once. This in a time when there were only like three stations everywhere meant that it was culturally centering and relevant. Now that you can put on four…

Six Stars: Buffalo (+10) vs. BYE
Are you forgetting Tin Cup, or do you just not like it? To me, that’s the second best golf movie ever (after Caddyshack, of course) and one of the best sports movies.
There are a lot of things that were impossible to fuck up when you were 10, that would end in an ambulance ride to the hospital if you try to do them on the north side of 30.
