I thought this was the best episode of the season so far. I actually enjoy this storyline, because it shows more nuance than a lot of other discussions about the topic. People have different perspectives, and the truth lies somewhere in the middle. I’m curious how it will ultimately play out. Also, Helen and Whitney

I loved season one of the show. It’s been downhill since then, and after the first five minutes of this episode I decided that I’m out. Who needs such bleakness when the world is already bleak?

“Throuples counseling” made me laugh.

I still love the show.

I liked Luisa for the most part.

I hadn’t read or watched Miss Julie before. I read the plot summary on Wikipedia, and it sounds like horrendous misogynistic bullshit. I wonder why they chose that play.

What the hell? I thought this episode was almost as strong as the one before it. My biggest regret regarding the season is that Justine doesn’t play a bigger part in it, so the Hollywood trip was very welcome to me.

Definitely my favorite episode of the season, and one of the best I have watched this year.

Unfortunately I agree. I loved the first two seasons, but for most of the rest I only kept watching for the cast and the characters.

I grew up on the book and never liked the movie.

The angels wanna wear my red shoes.

Thanks for the recap so I don't actually have to watch this last episode. Good riddance.

I absolutely hated this episode. I didn’t need for Trish to become season 8 Daenerys. That’s the same kind of dark bullshit that ruined season 2 for me. The first half of this season was fine, but now I’m kind of glad the show was canceled. So much wasted potential ...

I enjoyed this season more than the one before. I’m mostly writing to say I'm glad about these reviews.

Agreed. Also, the reason so many people seem to love it is the one why I hate it: it’s not a superhero movie. Mangold is a tasty vegetable, but (based on Logan, Identity and Girl, Interrupted) not the name of a good director.

I really enjoyed this episode, mostly because Magda Apanowicz is in it!

Thank you

I loved the “Alien” musical cue at the beginning when we see Fitz in the cryo chamber. That was the “Alien” cue, right?

I really enjoy the podcast, but actually seeing them doesn’t help, I think?

I have such mixed feelings about this show. It’s a refreshingly different look at a mostly female workplace, and some parts seem actually progressive, but there is also a huge reactionary core to the whole thing. Still, even though I’m not in the target audience by a long stretch, there is enough there to keep me
