I have that panel saved as a picture on my phone and I show it to people whenever they try to talk sports at me to illustrate what I’m getting out of it.

Yeah, I remember reading about this a couple of years ago. He’s played with the Boston Pops and along with Rogue One and some other things was also in the orchestra for the scores to Star Trek Into Darkness and all the Mission Impossibles since 3.  It’s just a fun random story.

An hour and a half? Glad I didn’t see this at a movie theater. I don’t care how good the movie might be, I always feel ripped off paying full ticket prices to see something that short.

*shrugs*. Any other time, this would be one of the craziest things that could happen, but it’s 2020, so it’s like #27.

As long as Sona’s there with him, I’m fine with it. She’s indispensable.

I was wondering if there would be acknowledgment of the fact that Broderick and Grey were dating right after the movie came out, or that the actors that played Ferris’ parents got married later on and have since divorced.

Reading this while I’m in the drive-thru line for donuts, and this is my view while I’m waiting.

I was 16 when it opened. I had the posters of just the bat symbol and another one that was a schematic drawing of the Batmobile on my wall. I had t-shirts, the comic adaptation, and the soundtrack (the Danny Elfman one, not the Prince one). I was fully into the Bat-mania even before the movie opened. And even I was

When Jon Hamm yelled, ‘BANJO!’ in that sketch, may have been the hardest I’ve ever laughed at anything on tv. Ever. I remember having to pause the dvr for about 5 minutes to recover.

I’ve held off all this time on getting the cast recording because I wanted to see it first. I figured I’d have to wait until this was released in theaters next year.  Was just about to bite the bullet and get it anyway when in the same week I found out it was releasing early on Disney+ and the touring show was coming

BET is also getting in the reunion game with a special new episode of Black Frasier next Saturday afternoon between 3:10 and 3:30.

Overheard a wacko end-times preacher from a car at a stop light when this all started that pointed out that if you add the value of the letters in Corona plus the six letters in the word itself you get 666. Told a buddy maybe I should switch to Dos Equis which he pointed out means Two Horses, so either way I guess

I was shocked to see that no one mentioned Feast, only to realize it was not a Pixar-made short. I usually notice stuff like that. But I’m going to mention it anyway because it is awesome.

It’s a lot less subtle.  You can tell he had fun with it.

All the Oceans 11/12/13 talk requires me to bring up Logan Lucky, which was also made by Soderbergh. It strives to be nothing more than a blue-collar remake of 11, and that’s all it needs to be. It’s terrific. With Daniel Craig as a redneck safe-cracker (emphasis on the ‘cracker’) named Joe Bang, which should be all

Had a good friend that took her first grandbaby to this when the kid was a few years old. She never went to movies much at all and didn’t really know anything about it other than he wanted to see it and it looked like fun. She was horrified and assumed that all the Pixar movies were that violent. Particularly the

Hey, twins!! I was 8 when Raiders opened, too! Saw it 4 times at the theater, but only saw the faces melt once. The part that really freaked me out though was the mummies ‘attacking’ Marion in the Well of Souls.

The incinerator scene. Jesus. There were small children in that theater that are probably still in therapy. Even after they were rescued and every one is ok, there was crying and whining for a while. My kid handled it alright, but I saw one woman take her sobbing son out and I don’t remember them coming back. I’m just

I don’t know how the Rifftrax or MST3K guys have never done this before now.
