Knee jerk. Huh. Huh huh. Huh. It's funny 'cause it's true.

Kudos to Chevy for finally coming out with an answer to the Boss 302 (other than the understated 1le that no one outside of the auto blogosphere knows about).

Although it's probably faster then the Boss 302 Leguna Seca, that is the Mustang it should be compared to as it's the least compromised track-focused Mustang.

Once again, a good reason to kill commuting culture.

I also think technocrats like Han forget that what ultimately arrives in the market is not simply a function of technological capability but also of consumer demand/preference, ie. market forces. If consumers demand a steering wheel it will remain intact, although, to your point, it may play a less dominant role. Even

"After 2025, the steering wheel will play a less dominant role in the interior," Hendriks said from the company's Plymouth campus on Tuesday. "With fully autonomous vehicles, you don't have to be forward looking as a driver, you don't need to have an instrument panel. Then you can really just think of a car as a box

Neutral: I learned long ago to never say never. Fuck it. I'll never buy a car without a steering wheel.

It beat a $99,000 Volkswagen Beetle.

Porsche DOHC flat-6, Ferrari DOHC V8, Lamborghini DOHC V12, Lexus/Toyota DOHC V10: All beaten by a Chevrolet small-block V8 with push rods and two valves per cylinder. Long live the push rod engine!

Even on my limited test drive, the Stingray's superb handling was readily apparent. With a near 50/50 weight distribution, a relatively light 3,300 pound curb weight, and the Z51's damn near magical Magnetic Ride Suspension, the Corvette feels agile and tossable.

As one of the idiots who've been around since Spinelli ran the joint, I have many very fond memories of participating in this utterly unique community. Some changes over the years have been good, some nosomuch BUT there is no question the quality and caliber of this place on the whole has remained intact. While this

WRONG.

It has EVERYTHING to do with the size of the block and NOTHING to do with the bore/stroke.

The 7.0/426 ci LS7 is a 'small block' engine. An 'original' LS6, 454, is a big block engine. Same displacement can be had by boring/stroking the small block V8. Google 'Big Inch Small Blocks'. Bored out Dart 'small block'

Technically only Chevrolet has small blocks and big blocks although you can make a pretty good case for several Ford engines. The reason I say this is because BB vs SB is really just a naming convention for engine families.

now I want a AC Cobra or a Lotus 7 with a 5.0L Diesel in it. . . Thanks for that.

This whole incident speaks to some fundamental problems with American culture, especially in the inner city. And it's something a lot of people who live in suburbs, rural areas or even other countries just don't get.

Ford must have some pretty selective hearing. I don't think anyone was asking for this, and the things everyone has been asking for (from Lincoln) are nowhere in sight.

Those things happen in Europe but they happen on a much larger scale in America. You hunt fox, we hunt bears and moose. you work we work bigger, you tow caravans we tow 40 foot long 20,000 pound fifth wheel campers, you farm relatively small fields we here in America have fields that can be up to hundreds of acres for

I mean, add the fact that we pay somewhere around $9.40 per Gallon of gas. Then you have yourself an explanation.
