And it was then that the people, as one, looked up and new the truth. The age of the turbo was upon them. And it was good.
And there it is, the tone I felt all along finally emerged in all its fully literal and undeniable glory:
You know that bear has a badass manicure (pedicure?) going on...
I'm pretty sure the bear necessities don't include a Superleggera.
I guess anything can change before launch but that's what it says here:
This new Mini is bigger dimensionally... but also lighter.
Bigger but lighter? I'm conflicted.
Well... the article says MPG. Which is not MPGe. I'm just saying the article is ambiguous about what the ~78 MPG number represents and should be more clear. As you mention, after a long drive economy drops to the gas only number. Don't you want to know what economy you will get on a long read trip? The article also…
That 75 / 78 mpg US number is a little ambiguous. It's an electric assisted number, therefore mpg is not the only measure of "energy" consumption; the car is using a combination of electric and combustion energy to achieve it, therefore MPGe plus a standard "gas" city/hwy/combined measurement is in order.
So the SLS didn't make the first cut but ended up 2nd. Huh. And it looks like the Ferrari died before being able to complete the track portion? No track times.
ArmThatHasTurnicateBecauseOfViperBite Blue. I thought I was a shoe in.
Everyone relax. Zis is only a temporary setback.
Maybe not, but folks get a charge out of it.
Towing, hauling and idling to run A/C or heat all day; long distance towing, as well as driving to distant worksites where power may not be available for recharge... seems like a much taller order than a Model S.
Torque isn't the problem. As always, it's range and recharge time.
Just like any large metropolitan area, much larger than Long Beach, it's a mixed bag... But on whole, I really like it. I've lived there and visit yearly.
AWD?
I'm with you but I really don't think they will price it too closely to the Escape. My guess is base MSRP is around $34K. And that might be low.
San Antonio's actually a pretty nice place. No, they don't have zero crime.
