While living in Stockton, CA; we went to a lot of ranch parties there.....yes, that's a thing there. I remember driving my friend home from one of those parties, and she had a bit too much to drink. She told me she was going to throw up, and so I pulled off on the side of the road. She opened the door of my Nissan

El....oh....el. I said Wet instead of Welt. Either way, good experience, hehe.

Hehe, the Wet experience was something else out of this world. They really do treat you like a VIP. I don't eat sushi, so I wouldn't know, but the beer was pretty damn good.

Yeap, I am surprised that ED is not that well known, even among some BMW CA. I forgot where I read this about ED, but the quote goes "It's the best kept secret that isn't a secret."

I saved about 14% off MSRP for my 428i. Know how? European Delivery and Bimmerfest forums. Do your research and the savings will come.

Hmmm....portable meth lab.....

But does it swallow?

Forgive me for being ignorant here, but why can't a grand tourer be a supercar? The Nissan GT-R is a grand tourer, so are almost all Aston Martins. Yet people refer to those cars as supercars.

Now I'll be getting a receipt. There is a gas station where I used to live in Stockton, CA; that used to give everyone terrible gas mileage. Turns out, they were mixing water with the fuel and were shut down when enough complaints were made.

Living in the Bay Area, I am very used to being stuck in traffic and motorcyclists lanes plitting. Most of the motorcyclists are just average commuters and are nice about not being an asshole and weaving through traffic. There are, however, instances where lane splitting hurts you more than it helps you. I've seen

Great write up again Steve. Quick question. I never get a receipt, but I always pay for everything via Credit Card. This way, if the goods never come through or something goes wrong, I can claim fraud. Wouldn't a credit card statement be sufficient enough in place of the receipt?

See, for the rest of us normal people, we need things like Credit Cards to bring up our credit scores. I am not interested in paying an extra $200-500k on a house loan through accrued interest because I didn't have a sufficient credit score.

Very true.

If anyone should be doing massive carbon fiber production, it should be Toyota. They are the ones who created the intricate loom for the LFA carbon fiber production. I mean COME ON Toyota, you originally started out as a loom company anyway!

It's a clever packaging solution; the auto-manual is lighter than the manual and its small size means it fits in the tight confines of the Vantage's rear transaxle position. But in an age of really good, high-performance automatics, like ZF's latest eight speed — available on Aston's flagship Vanquish and four-door

I owned a 1997 SL...and it was a terrible car in terms of maintenance. Other than that, it was purty fun.

Wondering why they're listing 6GB of RAM as minimum. Most games I have seen run no more than 2GB in RAM, and the rest is up to VRAM.

Sooo, what did you guys get for winning? A free A3 TDI?

Wow....just wow!

Fair point, but can you guarantee that the reserve is higher than 15k (without waiting for the auction to end)? Maybe I should have specified as "bidding for" instead of "going for". Seems like people are just fighting over semantics.
