I don’t think people need to worry. This is going to go thru about a decade of re-writes and attached directors jumping on and jumping off the project before they quietly cancel it entirely cause it’s too late to market.

The manga is definitely not anywhere close to as explicit as the show got by episode 3, so I understand that this is not what they expected.

I hated Joker and didn’t think The Goldfinch really managed itself well, but there’s recognizable craft in both movies that justify their merits.

Neither movie belongs in the 20 worst of the year while Men In Black International, Pet Cemetery, Polar, Gemini Man, and DEFINITELY Dumbo were all pretty well viewed movies…
