I always feel like the claims of TMNT starting off as a “dark and gritty” comic series was a bit overblown. Yes, they would cut down their enemies (and killed Shredder several times), but they weren’t exactly drinking foot clan blood and shitting in decapitated heads.

To add to this, Wakanda F was also an incredibly awkward film. And it was kind of doomed to be like this the moment Chad Bosman was no longer with us, and we needed a Wakanda movie that would acknowledge this while not dwelling on it.

They’re both long-form games, but I also think it’s irrelevant. Blizzard games are basically designed to render one’s game library moot. They’re tuned to prey on impulses, so they’re likely to suck all the air out of the room. 

If I were Bethesda, I’d also choose to steer clear of Diablo 4. Six extra months of dev time is also probably essential.

Yup,  hopefully the Naruto fans finally get a game worth playing. Sucks that the DBFz fans had to deal with so much crap from Namco, and if Naruto does get the Fighterz treatment, hopefully they won’t have to deal with the same heartbreak.
