Is this really news though? I'm a "skinny fat" person and I have never considered myself in shape or fit. Others are usually the ones to assume that about me and I have to correct them.

I have never liked either the word "skinny" or the word "fat". I have both skin and fat. Everyone does! I am going to ignore the meaning of the word and call myself "skinny fat"; because I have skin and I have fat and so far, so good. Both are doing their job, keeping my skeleton wrapped up all safe.

Anybody who's not doing what I'm doing to maintain the lifestyle I'm maintaining is obviously doing it wrong. I'll be over here. Judging.
