I empathize with how you feel because I too don’t really want a world only filled with F2P games and clones of Fortnite and Genshin Impact, but I think the point of this data shows that losing the traditionally conceived “gamer” would result in a much smaller loss of revenue than losing the F2P customers, meaning that

Yes, but many indie devs have attested to the fact that working with Microsoft was quite difficult. Maybe that has changed.

They place a Flux Construct on the starting islands in a location that you, more or less, need all of the abilities except for the time mechanic to reach. It’s clear that they want you to use the ultra hand, and time rewind if you have it, to defeat the boss because your resources are pretty limited at that point.

It amazes me that people find this difficult.

Lack of curiosity + not paying attention + lack of problem solving skills seems to be the criteria at play here for many people.

It doesn’t, not any worse than cloud streaming. You should try it some time before making assumptions.

You can use it outside your home, because it already works that way.

PS5 remote play from outside the home already works. I use it all the time. I don’t see why this would be any more limited than playing to your phone/tablet/laptop from a remote location.

Show from the 90s uses blackface and that’s fine because it’s culturally relevant to the 1800s? There are other more nuanced ways to deal with a depiction of historical racism. I’m familiar with Les Filles de Caleb, but I’m sure you assumed I’m not Canadian given your point about other culture. Part of my family is

I solved that shrine using the same technique as TikToker ng_elite_force, minus the boards. If positioned correctly the vehicle doesn’t fall off the walls. I think if they had I would have moved to the next step and included the boards like they did in the video, but it wasn’t necessary.

I thought the starting area was straightforward, and I ran through it faster than my initial time on The Great Plateau in BotW, so I’m with you.

I like the Phantom Ganon fight, but it really is just a 3D rehash of the fight from A Link to the Past.

Ok :/

I have to say I didn’t experience that. The map is very well laid out with excellent landmarks. During my subsequent play throughs every year or so I don’t even bother with the map charm or pins because I can navigate using the landscape.

I’m amused by the fact that they think not finishing a game is a flex.

I’ve generally found that ongoing discounts on games that are on Game Pass are usually limited to about 10% off. Anything that is 50% is part of a publisher or monthly sale, and PlayStation tends to have the exact same sales. Sometimes the publishers rotate them, but if Ubi has games off for 50% off on Xbox they’ll

Agreed, most of what I’ve played on Game Pass is third party indies. That said, I did sink a ton of hours into Forza Horizon 5, so I appreciate that first party titles are there.

I have a Series X and a PS5, and I like both. But I play most of my games on my PS5, including multiplat, for some reason. In fact, I’m not really a fan of Sony Studio output save for stuff by Insomiac or Housemarqe, so a lot of what I play on PS5 is multiplat. If the Series X significantly outperforms the PS5 or has

I’m not personally a fan but none of the HD-2D art has thrilled me anyway. I also recognize that Pokemon is not likely to go in this direction in reality, but I do feel it’s already overused by Squenix.
