Really? It was the first game that made it worth buying a N64 and I remember it being pretty easy to go to the store and buy a console and a copy of the game.

Yeah, usually there are test versions and the final prod version/servers that the public sees. Sometimes bugs crop up in the final version that were never caught by QA in the test environment. In a perfect world devs and qa would have more time to test on the final setup before releasing to public. But that doesn’t…
It’s probably a scaling issue that’s hard to reproduce in an internal setting. That’s why so many multiplayer games have server issues at launch. WB likely underestimated how many people would be playing SS during its “early access” window.
First of all, you okay, buddy? You’re awful wound up.
Secondly, in what possible way are they wrong? Are you seriously saying that it’s just as possible to go to a music store or video store and buy a DVD/CD/Blu Ray as it was 10 years ago? You seen a mall lately? Been to a Best Buy to peruse their “media section”?
I would be tempted to get it on the Switch if I didn’t have a Steam Deck.
Can’t watch the video because you’re at work (like me)?
One woman’s opinion, but I appreciate that the GTA 6 trailer has a variety of body types and they all look quite saucy 👌
fwiw I played it free on game pass but liked it so much I bought it on steam a year later when it was on sale - cool thing is they massively updated it since that first time so it runs and looks and plays better
Sable is awesome, glad PS owners get to experience it. Mobius in motion. Commitment to minimalism.
Forget hugs, let me adopt Myshka!
I play my Xbox games on my PC and my PS games on my PS5, like a proper gentleperson.
Videogame design patents are famously known for being a net positive for the industry.
Just look at how well other developers iterated on the Nemesis system from Shadow of Mordor after it was released, and how that created an explosion of creativity centered on player driven reactive systems.
If you think this article or the comments here are “harsh criticism” you’re self-identifying as a full on fanboy of the neckbeard and basement variety. Get a grip.
Has it? I admit it may be because I don’t play competitive multiplayer games, but it’s run almost every game I’ve tried on it just fine. I’ve played through dozens of games on it and only had a couple that had any issues; heck, some of them work better than they do on Windows.
You do actually try the unverified ones, right? Most of them run fine. I don’t have the biggest steam library but I’ve only had like five games not work on my linux deck, and none have failed to run on my windows one.
I hate how much of online gaming discourse revolves around bad takes made by ill-formed idiots looking to make a quick buck off rage-bait videos.
Buy it? With what? Rabbit hides? GamePass, baby. I’m not buying Microsoft games anymore.
I’m kind of impressed you managed to write an article about a 2 second clip.
You do you, but I (and I guess a majority of players, based on their decision to keep it) would have been disappointed if they had removed it. I think it really added a lot to the gameplay and environment.
Whenever I hear somebody prattling about “cancel culture” I just roll my eyes they believe in that fucking hoax. Nobody picks up a book and thinks “Will the Tumblr kids approve of my purchase?”
