Isn't at least half the violence coming from the fact that it's illegal? Might be naive but if drugs were legal, you wouldn't need to be a thug to make/sell it, yes?

Quoi?

More power, less responsibility, I don't see how any of this could possibly go wrong.

Ah yeah also you know what, sometimes when I see a picture of a girl actually licking a penis, I think of all sorts of profound and artistic things...

Qui?

Funny enough if you can't think of anything wrong with yourself that might be what's wrong with you (just sayin)

And to create haters, quite obviously.

"Beer is some fearsome magical thing that comes from elsewhere and does harm"

Well if drinking makes you get hammered and take your car and kill people, I'd say it's quite obvious it's irresponsible of you to drink.

Cyber blackmailed on a gaming blog, with credibility-threatening consequences and possible troll! Oh the Internet is a scary place...

EDIT - scratch that I actually don't care.

I'm just left wondering if that's going to change anything.

They could have done that just before burning man, they would have gone in a flash (I guess they still did).

I was about to say it's pretty geo-sensitive.

Damn if now we have to say when we don't find something funny, it's going to be a full time job!

Yeah again point taken, but if I desperately cling on my happy "free" version of things, how's the negative press of firing people for this and that? Apparently you can easily argue it's not bad press since so many people agree with them, I can tell you it wouldn't be that way where I come from.

Yes and no, really. Maybe I'm lying to myself but it seems to me a human's reaction might have been to warn the guy off, but not shoot him down, while it really takes a corporation to create a "oh my what did you do, you need to get fired" reaction.

Argh so I must also be a huge hypocrite since I have money. I'm impressed how much insight people can have over the Internets.

I'm only half convinced but that's a fair point, I guess. But what if you take a different "don't do that, you moron" approach?

Ah so you'd say it's more of a way to get rid of an employee you don't like, rather than a real reason you would have applied to a "good" one?
