I would take “Swingin’” or “No More” off that record. But Echo is CRIMINALLY underrated as a record. A true classic, even by Tom’s incredible standard.

I’ve been very partial to Room at the Top Of The World recently. Echo is a gret album that I had completely forgotten about, too.

Yeah, I might say “Room at the Top” for my favorite. Poignant track, all in-the-moment with gorgeous little sparkly tones around the edges.

This came out my senior year in high school, and I really liked it (especially that song as I had my eye on someone that was dating a total dickhead). Echo and Room At The Top are great songs too.

I’m really rooting for Ghosted to find its groove. I like Adam Scott and Craig Robinson so this team-up seems like a no-brainer to me.

I saw the Ghosted premiere on Twitter a couple weeks ago ( which is a weird roll out for a show, but whatever). I thought it worked pretty well to set up the world we’d be living it, while being pretty funny! Though, I’m a big Adam Scott fan so I could be horribly biased

“If you see tragedy and your first action is a “I’ll donate money...”

I loved this episode. So sweet, so funny, so very them to try self-improvement and then basically blow it all off in favor of a badly thought out road trip.

I might agree if I could believe that their “first action” was to do this, after seeing a tragedy. More like these people though about ways to raise money and this was a way they could easily do it. It’s not like these guys are gonna sell car wash tickets like the local soccer team.

Yeah, that definitely seemed like a response to the critics

They can’t just tease us by reviewing the last like 4 episodes of a season, then not doing even one episode of this season!

I came here looking for a review and was surprised they didn’t cover it! It’s so funny and leagues better than where Modern Family is now.

let’s discuss the much more awesome comedy in this review: Speechless

I don’t think so, Tim.

They have literally stated multiple times now why they did what they did.

I don’t think so, Tim.

If you have to go out of your way to point out how funny and likable a character is, chances are they really aren’t.

Exactly further more given the channel switch and the fact they pay for syndication rights make this objectively a stupid business descion, and that’s without the automatic raise actors get after seven seasons on a show. Nashville by contrast had a much higher back end, songs from the show to be sold, and easy cross

If the show was doing as well as Allen seems to think it would have been picked up by another network. It obviously was not worth the price tag needed to keep it going.

Exactly. The humor was all at the expense of the evil white guys and to the glory of the the sheriff (rightly so, given Bart’s awesomeness).
