That tracks is a very common expression that means “this makes sense.”
I asked my Magic 8 Ball about the new car’s horsepower, and it told me 380. It’s never been wrong yet.
$800 sounds like a decent price compared to $12k for the 1:8, and “call for price” on the race-weathered one...
You’ll be a fool to buy this, even if you can afford it.
It’s called inheritance.
Well... professional model maker chiming in here. Some of these models can be mind blowing. Like are you fucking kidding me. I make models professionally, for comercial clients and some of the high-end models from Amalgam etc are absolutely worth tens of thousands. I couldn’t make one and charge less than 50k.
Range Rovers cost 100K and barely work.
Do you want guillotines? Because this is how you get guillotines.
I have a Macan Turbo. My shifters don’t seem plastic at all. Very solid. The whole interior is beautiful. I also jumped b/t getting a GTS or Turbo (both CPO). I went with the Turbo b/c more usable power in the low end.
I am now daily driving my “new to me” CPO Macan Turbo. It does everything sooo well. My 911, which I have had since 01 isn’t getting the love it used to - mainly b/c the Macan is so capable and enjoyable to drive. The sport exhaust is amazing (as it is in my 911). It out accelerates and out handles most everything out…
A Mazda CX-3O with a tune
Can we just call this what it truly is? A Porsche hot hatch?
“A Golf can tow a braked trailer up to 1800Kg”
I think that’s why the Porsche is so successful. It does actually manage to inject quite a bit of “Porscheness” into the Macan, in a way that BMW, Mercedes and Audi just can’t match with their similarly sized hot versions. They aren’t just much better to drive than GLCs, Q5s and X3s / X4s, the level of customization…
I feel like this statement applies to basically every car Porsche makes. You want to hate them because they are the default, and then you drive one and realize why they are the default.
I . . . like it? Its the ultimate California adventure car. Basically an overgrown Hot Hatch.
