To answer the last question, personally I think that F1 should be about all the crazy technology. There needs to be room for innovation in F1, that's what the sport should be about—and the lack of it is why Adrian Newey has decided to (mostly) call it quits.

Really curious to see how this plays out...I mean how long are manufacturers responsible for failures like this? Rust and corrosion happens, parts wear out, etc. Did the owner for of the 11-year-old Suburban really never take his or her truck in for a service or safety inspection?

I'm guessing these so-called gangs are made up of nerdy weaklings who love the chance to act tough and gang-banger-ish in their virtual world.

Another great, interesting story Tyler, thanks!

Correct. It's a trials motorcycle.

So...what's the advantage of not having the pilots at the front? We can make pointy, aerodynamic planes already that still have windows for the pilots to see out. Ok, so you could sell some ultra-first class seats with amazing views that right now only the pilots enjoy, but I'd MUCH RATHER let the people who can

Good lord. I hope both those guys get lengthy suspensions at least.

The victim blaming is rampant because the family who hired the nanny were foolish! Have you ever rented a house, room or apartment? The lease application is often pages and pages long, and in my experience has almost always included a background check. And that's just to rent someone's home, not live with them.

Crackpipe. Nicely fixed up, rust-free Busses can definitely fetch prices like this, but it gets a crack pipe vote from me because the engine swap looks like a butcher job. And why go through all the work to make it water cooled only to use an antiquated, carb'ed Subie? Fuel-injected EJ-series swaps are popular for

It'd be much more exciting if all the crews started at the same time, leaving the planes to race wing to wing jostling to be number one for takeoff!

It depends what you mean by "driven." While working as a valet while in college I drove a Ferrari 599, every possible 911 you can imagine, a V-10 R8, and of course a bunch of big Rolls Royces and Bentleys. But it was a always a relatively slow speed crawl to the parking lot.....

Why the trailer? It looks like it'd fit in the bed!

Would love to see the pilot's helmet cam view of the approach and landing!

Yes. Also a motocycle rider. I would also add that ATVs are more dangerous than a motorcycle because they're so much heavier and more likely to roll over and crush you.

It's just a cultural thing....pretty sure Hindu folks revere the cow as sacred, while we raise them for slaughter.

I love cheeseteaks very much. But would it be the meal I'd choose right before going out on the field to play the game I'm paid millions to play?

On cars, I totally agree with you...but I thought GM's four-wheel-steering fullsize trucks were cool, and the added turning abilities would seem like a big plus. Plus rear-steer is super useful on dedicated trail and rock buggies.

"Sports car" is a highly optimistic way to describe a P1800. Beautiful? Yes. But slow. Soooo slow.

Because the guy or gal who can afford to own a McLaren enjoys telling everyone how much minor services cost on his or her hypercar.

As you pointed out, don't forget to poop before the race! Kimi Raikkonen does and so should you!
