The scene at the end of Clear and Present Danger when Ford is on the roof behind a chimney or whatever, and the guy with the submachine gun is shooting at him, and he looks up at Willem Dafoe in the helicopter with this fear and defiance. That felt the most like Jack Ryan to me.
