Holy smokes, I don’t even care about the mirror issue any more, because that last section about stats is so fucking wrong that I can’t see anything else.

Well, if he isn’t writing Hater’s Guide this year and won’t be writing the Fun Bag, that would require an update. A doom-and-gloom update to that effect would feel weird, even if the cause is serious. That said, a softball and lighthearted way of letting the readers know that he’s out for a while is not the same as a…
This is the correct take. If he’s taking time off from writing, it’s probably something serious that people don’t need to speculate and make hacky jokes about.
There are a lot of comments here, so it may have been said already, but:
Not sure what you mean by original premise, as I haven’t seen that stated anywhere. Oddly enough, OG Smash was developed to respond to the Marvel vs. Capcom series, which is a crossover across different publishers. You may be inventing the purism that seems to be bumming you out so much.
So different franchises are fine, so long as they’re all Nintendo franchises?
The standard BMI assumes average body fat percentages. If you’re lower than average body fat, then you could be 6'1" and 200 lbs without being overweight, since muscle is more dense. Most professional athletes are overweight/obese using just the BMI chart for this reason.
I’m setting the line at Glen Davis and I’m taking the over.

u ok?
Are you referee-nomenclature truthering right now?
I haven’t watched a ton of hockey in the last few years (since the Red Wings turned to butt), but that hit doesn’t seem too egregious to me. Tell me that I’m nuts, but more importantly, tell me why I’m nuts.
I talked to all of the other commenters and we all agree that you’re the wokest.
Oh I definitely jerk off at work. But I’m discreet and respectful about it.
Oh, I think that absolutely is the case. That said, the fact that he committed assault against a woman is an important distinction. He would not have gotten kicked off his team had he gotten into a simple bar fight, at least by my estimation. Let me know if you think I’m wrong on that though.
If we were to correct the language being used, is “violence against women” the correct choice of words? I worry about the way that would be twisted by bozos who think equal rights means equal hits, so maybe there’s a more accurate term that would still prevent that kind of word-twisting.
Wait, I read through this whole thread just to learn that you’ve never used the service that you’re complaining about? WHAT HAS THIS ALL BEEN FOR.
I’m starting to get the impression that you’re not a lawyer.
