Declaring a domestic political association/organization a terrorist org. under the law would be problematic under the 1st Amendment. That’s why the designations are for foreign orgs, because in foreign policy the Constitution basically doesn’t restrict the actions of the federal gov.

It wasn’t that long ago that, for many people, basically all social interaction happened at work or work functions. So, people from that generation often don’t see a problem with people dating at work.

Well I don’t practice in the state where the offense is charged, but in my state there is a crime of ‘disorderly conduct’ which is such conduct, including speech, which ‘invites an assault’.
So called ‘fighting words’ are not protected by the first amendment. And most jurisdictions will consider the intentionally offensive use of a racial epitaph like the n-word to be a ‘fighting word’.
