Great. In the country where’s it made, and the country where the track in questions exists, it’s street legal.

It’s not a race car, it’s a production car. The US isn’t the whole world.
Yeah, not sure how you came to that conclusion. I’d expect the Aston to easily be the faster car.
Miata Is Always The Answer.
I traded in my Golf R for an ND RF Miata and it suits me just fine as a daily driver. I rarely have more than a backpack with me for work, and I’d consider the small trunk a bonus on shopping trips, because it prevents me from buying too much crap. Of course, my wife has a bigger vehicle…
I completely agree. I came from a tuned MK7 Golf R, and I ran RE71Rs in the summer on that car. It was immensely capable and a lot of fun at 9 or 10/10ths. The problem was, getting near the limit of the R put me well into “get my car impounded and spend the night in jail” territory. Below that, the car felt…
That would have been true about the interior, but even as a former MK7 Golf R owner, I have to say the new Civic interior looks far better than the MK8 Golf’s. I would pick the CTR, personally.
The Veloster is gone but the Elantra and Kona N models are still on sale, so the N lineup is definitely not dead.
Hot take alert: There are no bad Miatas. Except maybe any Miata with an automatic, which is an affront to all things good in the world, but other than that, there are no bad Miatas.
I am curious why you think the RF is a terrible car though?
Sound and potential for mods. The RS3 still has an inline 5 which sounds much better and they have huge potential in the aftermarket. EA888s are great (the Golf in my name is no coincidence, as I’ve owned 3 MK7s including an R, so trust me I appreciate them) and can make a lot of power on their own, but they’re no…
Did you try Turo? My wife and I booked a very clean B8.5 Audi A4 when we went a few years back and it couldn’t have gone better. The guy picked us up at the airport in the car, and dropped us off as well so no worries about Ubers or shuttles to a meeting spot. I confirmed with my agent that my insurance would cover me…
Woo, more cars with all touch controls. Maybe they should have focus grouped some actual drivers?
I used to feel the same but I’ve come around on SUVs and CUVs as daily drivers for two big reasons; suspension travel, and ingress/egress. Personally I always go for the sporty car, and currently I drive an ND Miata. Before that it was a MK7 Golf R and a string of GTIs and Miatas for the last decade, so I walk the…
But Red Bull has been far more successful in F1 than Porsche ever has, and success in other series doesn’t often translate to the unique world of F1.
Don’t forget the Evoque and Velar too.
Considering the average price of a new car in the US is now over $48k, these are technically affordable.
I’m sure Koenigsegg owners are super upset they can’t get their cars serviced at Just Brakes anymore.
I hate to say it but...yawn. Another 4 digit horsepower electric hypercar? Cool. When can we actually get an affordable electric sports car that mortals can afford, with power levels that can be used somewhere outside of an empty runway?
I imagine it’s a lot easier to keep bugs and dirt out of the tent being off the ground.
I’ve got some bad news for you...
Honestly, I’m just going off my own impressions. I drove a 13 Si sedan two days ago. I was actually excited to try it out, but when I drove it, the whole car just felt...limp. Light and lifeless steering, overstuffed, soft seats with little support, decent torque but no excitement at the top end and thus no reason to…
