If a university is following federal guidelines for sexual assualt on campus they will not have a blanket sanction for sexual misconduct as they might for academic dishonesty. So, it's a muddled comparison.
Good lord, I wish there was someone who understood higher ed policy writing about campus sexual assault. Recent legislation from the federal government is pretty solid in its recommendation that there not be across the board punishments for sexual assault like there would is academic dishonesty.
