Yep the famously unreliable Honda and Toyotas. Great anecdotal evidence.

The engine on them sounds amazing as well. Sounds way too good than it should be.

I’ll defend the 2-door 2011 Mojave I bought last year. Yeah, it’ll hardly be off road, but I’m in CA beach towns and the desert a lot so maybe a dirt road here and there. I was coming off a vintage BMW and wanted something less worrisome. It’s a 6-speed, has the leatherish tan interior and looks downright nice. It’s

Our 2013 Fiat Abarth thumbs its nose at Stellantis criticisms: it’s been rock solid and more fun per dollar than it has any right to be. I’ll take it over the equivalent VW or Mini any day, any time.

you won’t be driving an aging, shitty $120,000 vehicle. You’ll be driving a shitty aging $90,000 vehicle.

THIS. My non-car buddy asked me what I thought of the 4th gen Pathfinder. I go on and on how it’s a neutered POS. Then he sends me a pic of the 4th gen Pathfinder he bought a few days earlier...

Well said.

Hi. Gen X here. This entire article is why Boomers say Millennials are dipshits.

There’s a lot of that going on these days. See: Trump, Donald.

Here is a quick but honest coverage of how Mr. Musk got to be so wealthy:

Code brown.  CODE BROWN!!!!

Not to make light of the destruction, but I am sure there were more than a few mudslides caused by this particular incident.

28% of the first year Broncos were manuals. Tacoma still sells a ton on manuals. Nissan was actually selling quite a few stick shift Versas as well.

I assume you listed two Item 4s because they could only extend the warranty if they got rid of the CVT. Not many of those things get to 100k miles.

My wife’s 2018 RF has ~50k miles on it now and I was kind of nudging her to maybe consider a new one but let’s look at the fact. Aside from the new car smell, you’re getting pretty much the same damn car. There haven’t been a lot of updates to the model. The NA lasted 8 years. The NB, 7. NC, 10. ND, so far, 9. As

Some of the culprits in this car’s sales issues are surely quarter-mile-time-is-everything Youtubers / Car and Driver dick-measurers, etc.

Have we confirmed that the new Z is an actual thing and not some AI-created hallucination that just exists on the internet? Because I’ve never actually seen one in the real world.

I’ve got a ‘92 MR2 turbo. I also recently added an infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and a backup camera. The only thing that buying  a newer car would get me is some peace of mind knowing that if it breaks down I’ll be able to source the needed replacement part. And on a Miata that’s a non issue. I 100%

We’re going to have to buy brand-new Miatas, and sadly, you probably aren’t getting out the door for less than $30,000.

Nissan could possibly turn things around:
