What? Who the fuck cares? Do movies give out info on the vfx studio that does the vfx?

Everyone? I’d be surprised if even 10% of Nintendo’s user base knew that. The average gamer doesn’t even know the difference between a developer and publisher.

My uncle is working on it.

this isnt a case of 4d Chess. likely whoever at Nintendo is answering Press emails isnt fully aware of who is making what at Nintendo. So it’s easier just to point to the game’s credits instead of giving people an incorrect reply.

Nintendo doesn’t develop most of the games that use their characters. Everyone knows that by now, and it wasn’t some big secret until recently.

An English teacher would have a stroke trying to make a sentence diagram of that headline.

Can the staff there just write normal headlines- instead of portraying themselves an unintelligent?

As an aside, Steelrising is very much “We have Lies of P at home.”

One of the best-selling and highest rated games of that year… “underrated”.

This was my thought reading this. It is pretty universally considered a great game. Not sure why that is in the headline. It was one of the game that led me to get a PS4. Its all around one of my favorites. Forbidden West didn’t really pull me in the same - I don’t know the map got too big, it wasn’t new anymore, or

Don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone ever refer to Horizon as “underrated”

In both of my Baldur’s Gate 3 playthroughs, I was frequently annoyed with how the game would sometimes have one of my party members handle a conversation as opposed to my custom main character. This happened at random times, and not getting to use my protagonist in those conversations felt like it decentered him and

Out of context, the above interaction could be read as Johnson simply not understanding meme culture, which is totally fair.

I got a completely opposite read of everything suggested in this article. I think the interviewer’s comment was a bit offensive, as that line has been suggested to have been read in a monotone by so many (and to be silly scripting). But, she’s correct… how can anybody truly know anything by a line taken out of context.

Sure.

They weren’t too much, actually.

What? Scaling means nothing. Scaling is a completely transform-free process in 3D modeling. 1 inch means 1 foot means 1 astronomical unit because these virtual worlds are completely unit free.

Copyright is automatically granted for creative works and, for companies, lasts for 95 years.

They have copyright, what they don’t have is the trademark. Seems pedantic but it is a meaningful distinction
