The main reason to backtrack was to get the cosmetic items. It was entirely optional.

Eh, this isn’t Dragon Age to me, but it might still be fun it its own right. I’m going to keep an open mind.
No, there’s not a pun.
He took Cher’s auto-tuning idea from “Believe” and ran with it to the bank. Both he and Cher changed music forever by committing a war crime on pop culture and our ears.
I’d be more interested if the offer extended to BOTW2 and Octopath Traveler 2. I already own the games on the list that I’m interested in. Imma pass on Kirby.
These are included in the basic PS+ subscription and have been available to PS5 owners since that counsel launched - I.e., before they even punched all those confusing tiers
A mere rumor doesn’t exactly warrant a $550 purchase. I’d be much more interested if they actually announce it.
IIRC, Beat Saber and Half-Life: Alyx weren’t on the list, so that’s a big loss to the library.
I’ve heard worse. DaBaby, 6ix9ine and Lil Uzi Vert come to mind.
Yeah, kinda shitty list making to have Maleficient on here twice at the expense of a villain like Prince John or that war criminal evil scientist from Lilo and Stitch. There’s that asshole from Hunchback of Notre Dame too.
That’s because it’s a Cadillac.
Maybe. Kinda like BOTW and Twilight Princess. But that’s a lot of weight on the shoulders of a Metroid game. Still, it’d motivate me to upgrade. Especially if the system is backwards compatible with Switch cartridges and the current eshop purchases. I might just skip a whole generation of Nintendo games otherwise, as…
No shit.
This is why I decided to invest in a controller with rear paddles. No more taking my thumb off the left thumbstick while trying to mess with something on the d pad. Although, I did get kind of ok at hitting the d pad with my chin in a pinch.
I would agree that the platforming has improved in Uncharted, sure. There’s not a whole lot of that in Last of Us, which swaps it out for mediocre stealth and an AI companion that constantly breaks it.
I just want Metroid Prime 4...
I didn’t say anything about Uncharted’s platforming. The issue is the combat. Whether you’re shooting while swinging from a rope or trying to melee bash a mercenary, the game doesn’t feel great in this regard, and TLOU was no different.
I kind of bristle at the idea of calling a game a metroidvania when it has randomly generated areas. I feel like the intentionality of level/map design is key to the sub-genre.
Maybe it’s just the Switch version, but I have not been able to get invested in Bloodstained. I just don’t care for the way combat feels.
I liked Nope way more than Us. I agree that Get Out is his best, and we’re lucky to have a director like Peele putting out great movies, regardless of how one ranks them.
