A leak could also suggest the occasional crash to the Switch’s main menu.

I would think so, but a publisher’s pr team might review and publicize them? May also depend on the relationship between the studio and the publisher - whether the former is wholly owned by the latter or if it’s a contractual relationship where there’d be some variance/negotiation.

K.

Damn, I was so close.

Oh? Do you crash said car in a terrible cutscene? Or does The Man impound it after you’re captured for your rebellious street racing... in a terrible cutscene?

As KBABZ points out, that’s not really possible. It’s more likely that you just have a higher tolerance for the BS performance issues.

I agree with you. I do think Arceus was a step forward and this was a half back step, mechanically, but I’m still enjoying this game despite that and the glaring lack of technical polish. If it weren’t for the performance issues, I think this would be one of my favorite Pokemon games in recent memory.

I think Quaxley is the best rounded starter. Sprigatito is more or less a glass cannon of a physical sweeper, so high risk and high reward. Ghost has some interesting qualities, that you’re clearly aware of, but I think it’s a wasted starter choice when looking at the other fire and ghost options.

You’d think death would be a deterrent to playing Russian Roulette, and yet people still do it. Maybe drinking Sinistea is the Pokémon world’s equivalent to dumb things people do on a dare.

Neither fire nor ghost do 2x damage to Quaquaval. Both Meowscarada (which has the speed advantage over both of the others) and Quaquaval have 2x STAB damage options against Skeledirge. Both Meowscarada and Quaquaval have 2x STAB answers options against eachother too.

OOOOOOOHHH.

... and here I thought I was a bad ass for doing shots of Malorts and Fernet back in the day. This motherfucker is downing cans of Diet Coke and not even using coasters!

Nice!

The fire/flying combo is really effective in this game. I can see how that party would be effective for the duration. Did you have a male or female Ralts? I’m assuming the latter since you kept Pawmo/Pawmot.

Have you found Tinkatink/Tinkatuff/Tinkaton? Fun new fairy/steel type. I ditched Lucario for it and gave up on Toxel (raised one is sword/shield anyway) for Pawmot. This created a problem for me with water types because I couldn’t find a dual typing I liked with good stats. I was set to roll with Cloyster or Toxapex,

I would have stuck with Fletchling a lot longer if Charcadet wasn’t an option.

I found multiple Charcadets early without a sandwich. YMMV, but there’s a few spots where they’re basically guaranteed.

Fuecoco feels redundant in Violet because of Ceruledge. Charcadet is pretty squishy, but Ceruledge is worth having, and you can find Charcadet early enough for the first few gyms (Bagon too if you’re in violet, and Giblet in the same cave at that…). It makes it a lot easier to pick Sprigatito and Quaxley over

Toss a coin to your switcher, oh TV o’ plenty
