You got me there, I should say Imperial by Chrysler. Hopefully my screw up doesn’t stir the ghost of old blue eyes to come haunt me with the efi setup off one of those cars.

Right, TC has been broken in my Neon for years and even driving at 9/10’s most of the time I never loose control I’m so good.

They gave those away in a contest and a co-workers daughter won one. She was too young to drive so her dad ended up driving it to work when the Cavalier he was driving took a dump. The tail didn’t last too long.

Frank Sinatra edition 81 Chrysler Imperial. Only available in blue (like Sinatra’s eyes) and came with 16 Sinatra Cassettes in a special case. 271 were produced.

The 6000 LE was more popular around here and got called the “Goole”

A Family member owns a local coin-op wash and I’ve helped enough with maintenance there to be very familiar with the inner workings.

They are there to keep rodents from eating the wiring because they’ll eat the hoses instead.

Ford had the F250 Light Duty in the 90’s which became the F150 7700 package in later years. Look for the 7 bolt wheels.

It’s simple, packages nice on a FWD car and handles pretty good in my opinion. I love ripping around corners with the inside rear tire off the ground.

The green interior looks like a 69 Dodge Charger Daytona. Mopar was good for green interiors in the 70’s.

Those are usually the owners that define “handling” as a tight turning circle. “See how easy that U-turn was? This car handles great”

This, as a kid I used to line them up on the window sill while watching traffic outside. Still buy them 40 years later whenever I see a cool one.

I think they were built before the current regulations were in place

It’s weight due to all the safety features and options added to the cars over the last few decades. Hard to beat those first gen neons for mpgs and fun to drive.

So this encouraged me to look up the going rate for Llamas on craigslist and found that there are some deals to be had. This guy is 5 years old and $150 takes him home. He certainly has better range than a used Leaf, and he runs on renewable fuels.

I can’t remember the movie, but it was one with a woman driving a 90’s 5 or 7 series BMW in a chase seen and I just couldn’t get past the fact that the shifter was in park the whole time.

Chrysler TC by Maserati.

The issue isn’t so much about protection, it’s not rock chips that start the rust. It’s salt and moisture collecting in between the two sandwiched together pieces of steel. Sure the manufacturer puts in a few drains and uses primed and galvanized steel, but it’s not enough.

It certainly qualifies as the “or similar” on the Hertz lot.

The other 7% made it home
