Much prefer coupes (no, no, not the chicken variety), so I'm liking this angle; it mostly hides the top. Ridiculously cool indeed.

Deer? What deer? I saw no deer.
Yeah, but old HH wasn't exactly "with it." Genius on one hand, completely whacked on the other. But that's usually how it is.
Holy Hell... How did it sheer the whole side off yet the wheel is still intact? Tragic, yet bizarre.
- Body-on-frame.- yes
Uhhh... love to, but don't know who he is. Wanna share?
Woooo!!! *adds to queue.*
One of these. "Build em good boys; we still use them in the future, and look what we do with em." Though it would really depend on what year I'm going back to. I wouldn't bring a modern car back, might throw the whole time/car design continuum off. Who knows what the hell cars would look like if we contaminated the…
Just sayin'...
Glad to hear it's repairable. I haven't really looked into it much since I had just gotten my car finished up as the recession hit. I've intended to join NASA, but have to wait for funds to allow it; membership is cheap enough, but not much use until I can afford the events. Auto-cross on the other hand; looks like…
Va Beach? I'm up on the Shore, and Sis lives off Old Lynhaven. Are there any auto-crosses or affordable group trackdays in the area that you know of? I've got a heavily modded 72 that I've been dying to get on track, but this economy has not been good to me. Also, how did Mike fare with that spin? Did he miss the…
Holy Hell; wheel spin at 115 mph. (although it wasn't much, it was there)
Duesenberg, they were not just the most luxurious, but they were damn fast too for their day, a Veyron for the early 20th century. I'm sure I'm not the first to throw them in the ring, so consider this a +1.
Was there no record player involved? While the irony is thick with this one, it pales in comparison to yesterday's story. I think it will be a while until that one is surpassed, and honestly, for the sake of humanity, I hope it is a long, long, while.
This can't be for real... Is Jalopnik's calendar stuck on 4/1/2011?
If I remember right, one or more of the LS line did get it a some point, but I can't remember which or when. The LS2 isn't made anymore (for new vehicles, I think they still make a crate version), Vette and Camaro SS has LS3 now.
They have a price cap and the CTS-V is about 10k over, only a stripped base Vette and the Camaro makes it for the LS line-up, not including the trucks. Maybe the ATS-V will get one and be under.
The end??? Somehow, I doubt it.
It is crack pipe for all of us regular folk, but for its intended audience; museum or high end collector, it's a drop in the bucket. Because there is rarely an NPCP car I that would actually consider buying, I vote based on intended audience/value, therefore, NP on this one.
