Another qualification is he’s ignoring the effects of aerodynamic downforce (like you would experience in a top fuel dragster for instance).

I thought we were talking about T.J. Hooker.
The question is “where does a Mercedes hood ornament not belong?”
Yeah that makes more sense after a major earthquake. Damnit it’s heart wrenching to see something like this happen.
Could have something to do with the 3 children being among the fatalities on the ground. I wonder if it was some kind of kid’s party. Shit :(
Two of those cars didn’t even come out until after the turn of the 21st century. The CTS-V came out in 2004 and the ATS-V came out in what, 2016? The Escalade definitely helped them in the 00's, but it debuted in the very late 90's — 1999 I believe. I was referring to my amazement that they even survived to the year…
Mafia.
Corvettes have a surprisingly large cargo area.
How the Cadillac brand survived into the 21st century I will never understand.
It’s Alance Hedford.
I find it amusing that Mercedes uses the same branding on their luxury cars that they use on police vehicles, taxis, garbage and fire trucks, sprinter vans, and cab-over haulers, and yet somehow it doesn’t undermine their ability to sell to both markets.
Yes I suppose I am on that path and I’ve slowly been coming to terms with it. I’ve owned the car for 12 years with barely over 50K miles and it’s still in great shape. I’m sure I’ll regret selling it and I don’t need the money but it’s ridiculous to have it just sit there and not get driven.
When do you know it’s time to let go of a car that you still love, but just don’t have the time or opportunity to drive as much as you would like?
Turn my damn Ford sideways? OKAY!
