And when your car can do that, do you really give a shit whether the infotainment system works or not?

I am speaking from first-hand experience having worked in luxury car sales for several years. While there may be SOME individual dealers who skirt the CPO requirements, buying a CPO car is largely a much safer prospect than a non-CPO car with a similar warranty.

In fairness, there DO seem to be plenty of folks who wait in the long line and then, when it's finally their turn, take freaking forever to get their shit through because they have pockets full of change, jewelry all over, a jacket, a belt, tall laced boots that are double-knotted and three bags (each with a laptop).

“Engaging” is not the word for Chrysler manuals of this era. I believe someone once astutely described it as being like stirring a barrel of rubber marbles.

Seriously, how much money do you have invested in Tesla? I’m not a conspiracy guy, but when I see entirely useless articles (Such as this), along with daily Tesla fluff pieces, it really makes me wonder. Will we be getting Elon Musk bowel movement updates soon?

Acura’s beak: OMG, worst thing ever.

Volvo’s “issue” is that a Level 3 autonomous system is inherently dangerous and shouldn’t be used at all, due to the allowance of distraction for the driver but reliance on the driver to take over in emergency conditions.

Can’t believe I haven’t seen this one:

Alternate Jalop universe headline a year from now:

Tesla doesn’t sell to typical consumers, it sells to evangelists. That’s why they get away with selling a sub-par vehicle for six figures. These cars are about virtue-signaling, not function.

““I am totally willing to overlook the issues if Tesla fixes it.” She went on to say that that if she had similar issues with her Cadillac Escalade, she “would be furious.””

Well, for numerous reasons.

I think the one that really annoys the hell out of me is when people spell the word “lose” as “loose.” Makes me want to punch a baby.

this is why I would never go to one of these things. Too many idiots with cars they can’t responsibly handle, and a bunch of assholes with their phones recording everyone leaving and encouraging them to show off. It’s difficult being a car enthusiast when I can’t stand most other car people.

Because that’s not what it is for. Recognition of actual advancement in economic theory or practice, not some fucking business model that will be gone in ten years. Also not for fan-boy wankfests.

I never understood people who are awestruck by the Teslas styling, its a hodgepodge of borrowed themes, Hyundai Veloster/Genesis coupe front end, pseudo Jaguar XF sides and rear.

My guess is that they are not so fond of the financial cost of fixing the cars (or even worse, buying them back), so they are just stalling, hoping their engineers will come up with some magic low-cost solution the last moment.

Media trying to get the stock to go back up?
