The launch of the Alfa Romeo Giulia is months behind schedule. Supplier sources have told Automotive News Europe the Giulia failed to pass internal front, side and rear crash tests,

If I’m not mistaken, FI was already standard on these cars in 1991, so that’s kind of a WTF do downgrade the engine to carbureted status.

Their coverage of Tesla has been hysterically sycophantic, to the point of embarrassment. Do I enjoy pointing out their flagrant biases and hypocrisy? Yes I do. So sue me.

Meanwhile, if this had been Mary Barra, you’d write an article about what a bunch of out of touch shitheads GM are and how stupid they are for alienating potential customers. Then Reddit would make the story go viral, and GM would be inundated with Twitter and email harassment until they kowtowed and gave the guy a

Musk did him a favor. That is the ugliest, most overpriced tub of lard on planet earth that isn’t named Albert Haynesworth (can you crosspost to Deadspin so that actually makes sense?).

Though there’s truth what you’re saying, I’ve had enough friends with German vehicles to know I’ll never subject myself to owning one. No less than 5 guys I went to college with had 335's. Everything single one of them had to have their fuel pumps replaced. Guy bought an X5 from a very reputable dealer and the thing

Do you want to walk down this path?

The first story was about a brand new MK7 GTI. My story was about a brand new MKIV GTI.

My definition of a beater is a car that I don’t care about. I’m not going to waste money on aftermarket parts, it doesn’t need wheels, the rain does a good job washing, and its cheap and easy to maintain. Very cheap. we’re not really mad because you don’t like the f body we’re mad because you are being a european elitist dickhole. there were plenty of well worded intelligent comments on that last post that had exemplary evidence to the contrary of YOUR OPINION and you chose instead to post the most wal-mart of those comments, as

I'm waiting for the story from Tavarish on how we'd be stupid not to buy this.

..and an Audi grille, 7-series mid-section and S-class rear end. You get a ‘bundle’ package!

You’re correct regarding the STS-V using a supercharged Northstar and 6-speed auto box combo. That was a smaller bore version, total displacement was 4.4L vs 4.6L for the NA, for increased cylinder wall strength and head-gasket area. The CTS-V used the LS6 then the LS3 engines mated to a T56 manual.

This is why you should never sell a car to a family/friend. They will almost always expect a lifetime warranty, or at the very least they will let you know every single time something goes wrong with it, until the end of time.

I know that no Kia Sportage in the history of the 3rd dimension has ever gotten over 100,000 miles under its own power, but oddball fact-patterns are common in the legal world. Humor me for a second.
