Agreed. Never would have occurred to me prior to this article that people would somehow associate “moist” with “ladybits”.  Maybe it’s just my limited experience, but “moist” isn’t part of any description that springs to mind.  Portillo’s chocolate cakes are moist.  “ladybits” aren’t.

No, but for many crimes the possibility is factored in. Many studies have proven that longer sentences are, in fact, a deterrent for certain crimes. (murder, for instance), however for most other crimes the deterrent factor peters out at about the 10 year mark.
