Maybe, NOAA did indicate a recent (but not current?) forecast at the time he first made the statement did include a chance of severe winds impacting Alabama. He just refuses to ever adapt to changing information/be wrong. (or understand the weather)

I thought the CBP chief statement made it fairly clear that without “proper documents”, you’d basically be in lockup until they had managed to thoroughly vet you. Sure, but AFAIK she’s completely in control of the timing of the lawsuit. If I know I’m getting married in a week I’d probably wait a few weeks/months to file a sexual harassment lawsuit against a famous person that occurred months/years ago. AFAIK she’s nowhere near the statute of limitations.
