There are some storylines that are pretty self contained in a small area of one zone and some that carry over from zone to zone.

This is slightly off topic, but has there ever been any divulging of the business deal for the Spiderman PS4 bundle last year? It just always seemed odd to me that a really good game got thrown into a super cheap bundle just months after release. I’m wondering how much Insomniac got paid/how much money Sony made/lost

I think they need the energy generated by the hot takes to keep Drew alive.

It doesn’t actually matter who you’re buying oil from, it still helps every net exporter of oil.

Back of the envelope calculations:

I’ve been thinking about this a lot and I’ve come up with this:

Yeah I had to make a bunch of water, but being able to set my hearthstone to Kargath or w/e instead of Orgrimmar like the rest of the raid made it worth it.

I think we’ve all been so trained by headlines to feel something along the lines of outrage and/or snark that we’re reading into some intent by the author that may not actually be there.

Meh, the Bucs list goes:

Back when Whopper Jrs were a dollar, I would grab 4 of those, then walk across the street to a smoothie place and wash them down with a peanut butter chocolate smoothie.

It is very odd. I’m in Florida and currently go to a UMC whose pastor is very much of the “love thy neighbor” focus of compassion and very much a jolly, introspective, thoughtful person who will admit to his personal flaws and share them as how he strives to grow as an individual.

It was technically legal in Florida until about 5 years ago, as far as there was no law explicitly criminalizing it.

The thing is, the whole “small government” mantra has always been a charade from most conservatives. Its just a way of using consistent messaging to oppose a whole host of policies that they don’t like without actually debating them on their own merits.

Oh, wow, I didn’t know they had interest on judgements in California. That’s some relief.

Yes, he has ~$33 million to pay out. 10 years ago, I would have said that there is no way he could have that earning potential for the rest of his life.

Well then, he could go out and do another run in Adidas and see where he winds up. If he’s slower, then he’s slower and Adidas looks like clowns with bad shoes, if he’s faster he gets a reward.

There was a strategy guide for that game?

But Bernie’s birthday was in September.

To expand on what you mentioned about Asimov-style robot stories, I’m currently reading Caves of Steel, and its amazing how relevant a 60-year-old novel’s theme of an economically left-behind working class being stoked into anger/regressive policies is.

You realize that’s not the Soup Nazi, right?
