My favorite use for this is to stick an NFC sticker on the inside of the dust jacket or binding of a book on the bookshelf I pass on my way to bed. I tap my phone on just the right book and trigger the appropriate lights to go off downstairs and to go on upstairs and in the bedroom, etc.
Highly recommend these erasable Pilot FriXion markers for mindmaps. I had no idea erasable pen “technology” had advanced to this point, but these are fantastic!

While I don’t need Disney to push a discussion that I don’t feel my six year old child is ready for, I mainly skipped this movie after they dumped Tim Allen as Buzz because he’s a conservative. Tim Allen is the only Buzz Lightyear.
I’m just going to say it. Five episodes in, and this is the best live action Star Trek series we’ve had since DS9. And all it took was making a Star Trek show... that actually behaves like Star Trek.
I just hope and pray that whatever Paramount execs greenlit the series realize that Strange New Worlds is their new…
It bugs me when people say things like “the original show’s zero budget sets”.
As someone who grew up on the Trek franchise but walked away from it shortly after DS9 ended, I have to say what an odd experience it is to read so many people gushing about a new show.

The transporter malfunction scared the shit out of of me when I was a kid. Holy shit, the way they were screaming and their shapes were kinda melting, and then the guy saying “what we got back didn’t live long” WHAT we got back? Not who but WHAT? That was nightmare fuel for 7 year old me.
Your tabs feel maybe a little repetitive. ? For example, let’s say the address of your hotel... That will be on the first tab (the general itinerary) right? But then it would be on the second tab in the detailed itinerary too?And then it would also be in that “info dump” tab?
I always think of MST3K.
