Also the real Chicken Man got blown up years ago:

Is this insipid attempt at creating drama where literally none exists the bottom of the barrel? Or will Barsanti find further depths to plumb in his task of helping G/O drive this site fully into the ground? probably

Just stop with the anti-semitism. Simple.

Thats crazy. Irving is being held accountable for his actions. Should others as well, yup, but Kyrie is no victim.

Why do Jewish racists get a pass?

Missing 5 games is not going to significantly impact Irving’s lifestyle. Plenty of other people have lost jobs for ONE tweet or FB post that was called out racism. No “double-standard” is going on because bigotry against groups OTHER than Black people are being called out. Your posts on this issue seem to suggest that

The fake intellectual vibe is strong in the comments.

If you can’t educate yourself on the history of Jewish allyship in the struggle for Black Civil Rights, the denouncements by Jewish people internationally of Israel’s apartheid policies, or the anti-Jewish history of white supremacist organizations, then I really don’t know what to say to you.

It’s one of those crazy things to look back on, but the fact that Matthew Perry had an active (and obvious) problem with drugs and alcohol during the majority of the show was never nearly as big a deal as Jennifer Aniston cutting her hair.

Romy And Michelle is the best movie of any Friends alum

hey why don’t you guys just post a chapter a day or something?

This book isn’t even out yet and I feel like I’ve read it already. Could there BE more articles and headlines about it?

Part of me is like “please stop covering his book, A.V. Club,” but part of me is also fascinated that apparently “intentional train wreck” is part of the marketing strategy for it

Same for me, I can’t understand the hate this show is getting. I loved almost everything about it, it’s so refreshing to finally watch a fantasy show that’s not all grim and dark.

Totally agree. The level of hate levied at this show is mind numbing. It's almost like Tolkien super fans aren't actually fans of fantasy or good television, they just like that one story where Frodo went here then there then that happened then there was a battle, etc. The Lord of the Rings is good because it's good,

I liked the scene between Sauron and Galadriel, especially his line in response to her “What is your name?” question. “I was there before the dividing of the first silence, and I have had many names” is just a great line, and it’s delivered really well. I also like that Sauron sees no difference between saving the

I liked it. A good ending I felt. And the Harfoots were actually fun to watch in this one (less doom and gloom and boredom when on them please)!

I won’t lie, I would actually be kind of into the show saying “Nope, Isildur really is dead and Sauron’s canon defeat has been butterflied out of existence. We’re totally doing our own thing now.” The screams from the people already upset about the black dwarfs would be beautiful.
