It is time to dump our arcane Presidential election system. If the electoral college is so great, why haven’t any states adopted it to elect their governors? You know, each county or district getting electoral votes based upon population? They haven’t because it is a stupid fucking system that, along with the often

Fuck ALEC.

Typical gaslighting by the hospital - having him “on the schedule,” but asking the agency to stop sending him in. Or, the agency acted out of fear of losing a big hospital customer, and the hospital did nothing to counter their action. If you read the story, he moved his family there, so not so easy just to up and go

It is, unfortunately, and old game that they are playing. Have your minions disrupt law and order, then come in as the restorer of law and order. We humans as a whole tend to fall for it, and have been doing so for thousands of years. The fact that 7 million people voted for just that shows we have a long way to go.

I eagerly await their Night of the Long Knives. I have monitored these types of organizations long enough to know that this is inevitable.

Didn’t their founder actually do something like that? I don’t feel like googling it.

Aaron Mcgruder didn’t invent Uncle Ruckus out of thin air. He is representative of all collaborators.

About time. Grandmaster Flash deserves far more recognition for his contributions to American culture. He has influenced a lot of artists.

So in addition to bad music and bad theology, Hillsong has bad people? I am...shocked?

My favorite quote from King of the Hill is Hank telling Bobby about Christian Rock: “Christian Rock is an affront to Rock and Roll. And Jesus doesn’t like it either.”

This was one of my favorite episodes this season. Mainly because of Barr and the writing. Rarely does the question of why Stormtroopers do what they do come up, though it may be a problem going forward. These guys see their friends and comrades are VERY disposable - why do they keep following orders? Is it just a

I liked Tiny Horse, and the fantasy build up had me laughing, but then it just fell flat at the end. I just stopped laughing. It was a weird bit of timing.

Easily one of the sharpest written with a fantastic cast. The golf cart bunch alone was great, not to mention the main four. Some of the funniest scenes were Johnson, Stewart, and Levitt getting into trouble on their own.

Now that you mention it, yes. I had never thought about that. Good point.

Simbi Kali, Wayne Knight, Ileen Getz, and I would commandeer a golf cart

My favorites are still the second-season Ford/Carter debates, especially the intros of the reporters. Bush/Dukakis is a close second for me.

What if found strangest about Jackson was how clueless she seemed in real life. Take any classical “airhead” comedian - think Kudrow or Gracie Allen. There is a smartness there to understand the timing and the setups, an awareness about what they are doing that belies the character they play. Jackson seemed to have

I agree he is great, but tbh, he has only been on since January and is still paying his dues. Having said that, dang if he doesn’t have the stage presence to match some of the long timers.

I miss Bayer. I had hoped to see her in more projects, a la Wiig.

I have to disagree with you on the worst sketch. I was amazed at how much Bateman and Strong committed to the physical comedy - even when it seemed a bit dangerous. I haven’t seen anything like that on SNL for a long time. Strong even had to deal with a bubble that was underinflated! The worst for me was the
