I'd be willing to pay the extra dollars if I knew a nail salon was not just keeping things clean for me but was also paying attention to wage/hour and worker safety laws. That's a huge problem in the nail salon industry.

How is Kentucky not on this list? If it's one thing I've learned from watching Justified (and I've actually learned many things) it's that Kentucky is batshit.
