Amen to that. Amazing how it doesn't occur to people that the larger stalls are designated for disabled people because, you know, there are actually disabled people in the world that need them...

Not necessarily.

I wish I could post the video my sister took of my two-year-niece sitting at the piano in her PJs with her hair sticking every-which-way, banging on the keys and singing "Let it go! Let it go! Let it go go go!"

Me too. I was really hoping that I wasn't the only one.

I don't even know where to begin.

When I worked at an ice cream stand during the summers as a teenager, I routinely got asked, "Do you sell ice cream?" and, as they looked at the flavour board, "Are those your flavours?" I always had to fight the urge to tell them that they were in fact the flavours of the place down the street and that we were just

Jesus...I don't even remember three quarters of these people. I don't think that Lost was anything more for me than an excuse to drool over Sawyer and Sayid...and maybe Jack from time to time...

*ponders*

Was this company's goal to send as many kids into therapy as possible??

Sweet Jesus...there's tonight's nightmare...

Well, you're a parent...I'm not. :) And I want to thank you (and wotwok2 as well) for reminding me of something important.

It gets to a point where it's okay to push back. But there's a difference between, "I really feel strongly that I want to go to bed later because this TV show is on now and it's my favourite" from an eight-year-old and a temper tantrum from a two-year-old who's barely passed the age where they're capable of

This is just it. You don't argue with a kid that age. You don't teach them that you can be argued with. My niece would have been in time-out after about thirty seconds of this.

Exactly. I couldn't see that she had a chance if he presided over the new trial. And if he couldn't see that, he shouldn't be a judge, as far as I'm concerned.

Yes. He hasn't resigned as a judge. He recused himself from the case (I spent a weekend writing about this).

Oh, I love Kids in the Hall...

If Jon Stewart goes after for her for anything, it should be for 1) Copying him, since he's done this thing with the Seuss poems at least twice and 2) Doing a shitty job of it. He pulled it off much better, IMO.

We certainly do. :) All the best to you.

I didn't know it was Mardi Gras on Tuesday. I live in in a very small Canadian town where Mardi Gras is the furthest from everyone's mind right now.

His parents must be so proud.
