I’ve been doing 1c Kokuho Rose + 1c water and then hitting the “Rice” function and a 15-20 minute natural release with pretty good results. I personally like my rice a little wetter, so I go with 3/4c + 1c water, but the ratio is generally close to 1:1.

Kevin, I do the same thing with a 3 to 3 ratio and add a couple extra minutes to the natural release time - leaves more for next day fried rice. But really you skipped a couple of crucial steps.
