Automatic transmissions. I’ll take the base, manual transmission please.

My e90 and e53 both did that and I really liked it when parking against a curb. It sucked for any other situation. I could turn it off by switching my mirror adjuster selector to the right (passenger side). I believe it’s the same for all BMW’s with that feature.

Lane assist. The wife’s BMW has it and it’s hard to switch off, toggling through various screens. I’ll steer the GD car myself, thank you. Might be a good thing that she can use it though...

I’m not in the financing business but 8% sounds really high for someone with an 830 credit score. I would see if you can refi that or get a different loan.

And guys like me would be happy to pay good money for a stock FIST in good condition when you do sell.

More the reason to hang onto my FiST. It’ll be paid off this year and it has under 40K miles at the moment. By the time I get something new I am hoping there will be more EVs to choose from, further range, and better infrastructure for charging stations.

this isnt a cheating problem, its an a society problem. society doesnt care if you learn or have skills, it cares about what grades and pieces of paper you have.

If I had a nickel for every time the inside of my skull got X-Rayed by an oncoming Acura MDX...

Performative republican stupidity.

Does it display the instrument readings as an irritating and unnecessary slideshow to increase driver engagement?

I saw it at the L.A. Auto Show and the rear quarters look like a Camaro. I might be a typical internet moron, but I’m not wrong about the Camaro-ness. You are a typical fanboy.

It’s a shame that these people have some of the best healthcare packages you can get and they’re not even bothering to get the mental health help they need.

Or – and hear me out – making your bed is NOT important. Don’t make your bed.

The whole Mustang marketing angle bums me out. They didn’t need to do that. And forcing the Mustang “grill” on to the thing makes no sense to me.

Ok, Bill.

That’s not a Mustang.

Would love to see an electric minivan. The form factor alone makes it a prime candidate for electrification, but it seems many manufacturers think families won’t ante up for a BEV minivan.

Manufacturers’ insistence on intentionally making EVs more of a pain in the ass to live with than a typical gas-powered car, even when they should theoretically be easier to live with, is just one of several reasons why I’m not getting one anytime soon. If I were to buy an EV, it would be one that’s completely

Infrastructure is really not a big deal unless you live in an apartment. that’s going to be one of the things that is going to have to change in the coming years. cold weather is also really not a factor and will be less so as more EV makes add heat pumps to their vehicles. my 2017 Bolt still nets more than 200 miles

I refuse to be a luddite, but I also just hate to see internal combustion thrown out. Anyone who claims that EVs are more eco-friendly than a modern ICE is fooling themselves.
