Automating tasks has been the major win in my life. Once I have found a way to optimise something I just keep that card close to my chest unless revealing it near a promotional period might be in my interest. I once had a task that took a full five days and dropped it down to 2 hours (it did take me about 2 weeks of

How about if you get your work done on time and aren’t causing any problems, work shouldn’t care what you do on your work laptop?

We had this one tech at a unionized post-secondary place that would, once a year, just tear into their manager. Disciplinary write ups reset every year, they would literally pin their last on in their tool box. The day after it expired, they would come in and just let their manager have it with everything they thought

Hyundai and Kia.

Its a good solution for you. I don’t see BMW following suit, so I think for you, it was smart to not hold out for an OEM upgrade.

I just found a way to put a shallow mount double DIN in my 00s BMWs - definitely a great upgrade since I mainly use them for long road trips.

Now you’ve pissed off Scott Satellite .

It can depend on the car though. My 06 Legacy I used to have couldn’t take a stereo upgrade because the auto climate circuitry was so tightly integrated with the stereo. But a lower trim model with manual climate control would allow it.

I’m not going to tell someone what to do with their vehicle. If they prefer a certain approach, and that approach includes a touch screen, have at it.

Can you imagine all of the issues that will pop up once you start driving that thing? With all of the old fluids and dried seals?

I don’t get it, either.

Why can’t we just say Velma was bad?  Because thats what it was... The writers and the approach it took just didn’t work.

Hot Take: There’s nothing wrong with the original grill (grille?). It looks great in person.

And many will never listen in that class and then get spicy later and scream “Why wasn’t I taught that in school?”

Eons ago the little old lady next door (no joke) sold me her 1972 Pontiac Ventura with 26K miles on the clock. This was 1984 so you do the math but super low miles. Original everything though since it never saw a garage the turd brown metallic was toast. But my parents wanted a more reliable car than my current then

My buddy just got a 1999 model year car from Arizona. The car only had 99k miles, which is a lot but not a ton for a car that is now 24 years old. The darn thing only made it 80 miles before the oil started seeping out of every seal and gasket on the engine. Had to have it trailered the rest of the way home after a

Automatic transmission.

I feel personally attacked, haha. I do a quick cleaning of the engine plastics whenever I wash the car twice a month to keep the plastics and hoses in shape.

Getting basic facts wrong is a surefire way to quickly lose my attention. My favorites are the BMWs advertised with V6 engines.
