The “Manage Blog” functions are mainly for group blogs like the Observation Deck which has numerous authors and some blocked commenters.

It’s a personal blog. Only you can be an author (i.e. create posts) there. Other people can comment on your posts and you can ungrey them there (for just your blog).

Couple of hours? If you don’t comment in the first half hour or so on some posts don’t even bother.
