For me it's a guilty pleasure. I don't pretend it's a great show yet I have to watch it every week.

I did the same thing. That top image certainly encourages jumping to the wrong conclusion by the end of the first paragraph.

I would watch the hell out of that show.

I probably would have thought that if Matt had more adult supervision than Carl. But it was perfectly plausible in this show for Matt to have really gone off on his own (like he does later in the episode with the teen gang).

At first I thought Matt was going all Carl from The Walking Dead wandering off on his own. I was actually up on my feet talking to the TV.

My search was a little too quick. I knew there was an international court under the UN but it looks like I found the wrong one first.

In the end, that's what it comes down to...who's right.

Must...resist...urge...to follow link...to tvtropes.

Here's my 2 cents (but I'm not a lawyer):

Under the UN, I think it fall under the International Court of Justice (i.e. the World Court).

Another step closer to the Borg.

I had to do a microscopic examination a sample of water from the duck pond on campus for my water supply class. I think the lab would have much more interesting if I had pulled out a laser microscope.

Coming soon to SyFy:

They probably need the L for Laser or Lightning so my money is on LOKI.

I get the basic idea ("Cold material goes in, it gets energized, and hot gas pushes out.") but since I know diddly squat about hockey and don't understand the slapshot analogy, how does this work?

It's not free. In many places in the U.S. it's not even a basic cable channel so you have to pay for an extra cable package to get it.

Anyone else want to see more of Madame Vastra? I'd love just a "one season and done" (6-10 episodes) adventure.

I'm the guy who said "Wow! That's a good idea!" when I read this. I've always used a knife.

Crap. Now I want to read a Rick Deckard mystery.
