Sorry, but Rex is still a first rate asshole to me, probably because I've had to deal with too many guys like him in real life and it's always been an unpleasant experience. I for one will not be sad if Rex succumbs to his mortal wound when things return to the old status quo.

Since Joanne Kelly was still listed as a regular and the new guy was a guest star, there wasn't any real suspense for me about her return. Better to get it over with in one episode than drag it out when we all know the outcome.

As for Nina, it looks like she has to make eye contact with her target and they have to be able to hear/understand what she's saying. I think her drawback is that she gave in to the dark side, seriously abused her power and was a real nasty piece of work before Dr. Obi Wan Gandalf Rosen brought her back to the light.…

Okay, I'll throw you a bone because of the sad face. Maybe once he became a 00 candidate, he was assigned the Bond name and his original name and records were altered/deleted. If Bond is a code name it actually makes sense to start using it as soon as he's selected for possible 00 status.
