KERNELS EVERYWHERE!

Can’t you see its driving him BANANAS!?

“Why does EVERYTHING make my antenna extend!?”

I absolutely HATED Izombie in comic form, but I LOVE the show. The comic just didn’t feel fleshed out enough, and had a weird Scooby-Doo feel to it. Also the ending was rushed as hell, and completely out of nowhere.

Pretty solid list, honestly. For me “The Incredibles” or “Monsters Inc” would be number 1. Toy story 3 is a masterpiece, but by that time I was a bit worn out on the characters.

Except “Triple Triad” was an amazing, life consuming game within a game. G went is a lot of fun, and a good way to decompress, but it’s not on the same level as TT.

Perfectly put. It’s not quite fun/complex enough to consume me the way, say, “Triple Triad” did, but it’s a fun diversion in between missions and such. And should I choose to devote more time to it, it seems like there’s a decent meta-game and plenty of cards to collect.

Man, I love the end of under the dome. Especially the one paragraph chapter talking about what the population is at the beginning of the day, and what it’s down to by the end. Shit is dark. Concise and dark.

Haha, yup.

Things people don’t remember, or choose to forget:

That’s a cute story.

Ignoring what masterpieces some of those are, the hung that boggles my mind is that this is a full grown fucking ADULT. An adult who is so taken aback by swearing and “dirty pictures” that she ran to her parents about it.

Exactly! The important part is to get them to love the act of reading, and that involves actually reading things that interest that individual child. She was borderline illiterate starting off, and now she’s reading good enough and fast enough to watch subtitled anime without any difficulties (she just finished attack

Ms Marvel (and locke and key, cuz she loves horror, and Joe Hill is outrageously talented ) are singlehandedly responsible for getting my 8 year old sister from “worst reader in her class” (she was reading at a 1st grade level, in second grade ) to “best reader in her class”, in only 3 months (she’s reading at a 6th

That sounds awesome.

Who’s the female with all the hair?

Who is this?

Completely agree. Simplistic but well crafted and executed. More is less, etc.

“I’m not even touching on the massive use of photoshop that goes into many of these cosplay photos that the modeling industry would never be allowed to get away. And we are not just talking about the magical effects added to the characters either. You know as well as I the original spirit of cosplay isn’t there

I hope your day is even better sir and/or madam.
