I think the game’s shortcomings has to do with most of the development team being new developers or incompetent ones. The entire directing team has made games in other genres or straight up shovelware.

Holy shit, they literally whitewashed the characters. I’m pretty sure that was unintentional but it happened. They went from olive-tinted skin (like lots of italians have) to straight north-european pink skin. Thats some next level remastering.

That works for 18 year olds (or even younger), until their parents read the credit card statement and see “trojan 12 pack” and “amazon” together.

Minecraft mostly lives off its legendary modding community, as well as heavily modded multiplayer servers. Its community is the reason its still alive like Garry’s Mod. The devs have always been slow to add content to the game, which is why mods are more popular than the base game.

Honestly I wish they got away with it. Maybe then EA will think twice about ingame economics worse than valve’s.

I don’t get it, you have a machine five hundred times larger than a top-grade computer and the game you run on it has graphics barely better than Typing of the Dead 2. Its cool this exists, but I wish they would make it look like they spent more time designing the game than the appearance of the machine itself.
