It’s one of the only truly skill-based games. I’ve seen workers climb it really fast, but they get to practice as much as they want after the park closes. It’s not near-impossible, it just looks way easier than it is.
I’ve seen the ladder game where the worker is the ringer. He scrambles up the ladder like it’s nothing whenever people ask him to. He makes it look easy so others don’t realize how much time he probably spent after hours practicing for free.

EXACTLY. If something has been discussed and fixed, drop it forever. If there’s an ongoing habit of mistakes being made, address those instead. Bringing up the past is extremely damaging.
Some people are just DICKS. Hopefully this can be a wakeup call for him to change. Also, and more importantly, I hope that girlfriend gets and stays VERY far away from him for the rest of her life.
